⏰ Return Window
You may return your Cartier Glasses within 18 days of the delivery date.
✅ Return Conditions
To qualify for a return:
- Glasses must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.
- All original accessories, cases, cleaning cloths, and documentation (if included) must be returned.
- Items must be in resaleable condition.
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
💳 Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned Cartier Glasses, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.
You’ll receive an email confirmation as soon as your refund has been completed.
🔄 Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different style or model of Cartier Glasses, simply return your original purchase for a refund and place a new order.
